April–December Period

During the April–December 2025 period, KAPOK Consultores consolidated its work providing strategic support to civil society organizations, community networks, and international partners, strengthening institutional capacities, gender approaches, and planning processes with sustainable impact.

Consultancies delivered

Fundación Cóndor Andino

Development of the Administrative and Financial Management Manual, including editable deliverables and digitized formats.
Institutional strengthening with a gender perspective: revision and delivery of the Gender Equality Policy and its implementation plan.
Design of a service evaluation tool to support traceability, learning, and continuous improvement.

BirdLife – Guyra Paraguay

Participatory institutional diagnosis.
Preparation of an interim report and formal closure of the process.
Development of an Institutional Strengthening Plan, accompanied by a library of annexes ready for operational use.

Fundación ALTRÓPICO

Financial sustainability diagnosis.
Interviews and decision-oriented workshops.
Design of the financial sustainability strategy and model.

DVV International

Facilitation of a Regional Planning Workshop.
Methodological accompaniment to partners for the design of their 2026 Annual Operational Plans (AOPs).

Conservation International (CI)

Delivery of community leadership workshops, focused on organizational strengthening and local capacity-building.

Positioning and proposal development

Throughout 2025, KAPOK strengthened its institutional positioning through the design and structuring of technical proposals submitted to funds and organizations such as:

Caribbean Biodiversity Fund, FAVLA, IUCN, Swisscontact, CEPF, Fundación Vozandes, Plan International, CARE, OXFAM, and Conservation International (CI).

Internal assets develope

As part of KAPOK’s institutional growth, key internal capacities were consolidated:

Design of a proprietary portfolio of services and products, together with a commercial structure aligned with our mission.
Progress in the development of the KAPOK Training Program, aimed at strengthening organizations and teams across the region.
